for downstairs would be solid oak with a oiled white finish. A smoked
white finish seems to turn out with too much of a blue tint.
The Schenna Hickory smoked sample would work well for a French country style inspired bedroom.

White wooden floor
Nice wooden floor and pastel wall colors.
Again a great floor and a key almost black wall against the mainly white living space.
