The Front of the house. Build in the 60's and has won an architectural award at the time.

The Dining room.

The lounge

The lounge seen from the other direction. On the left there is a fireplace. The double doors lead into the dining area.

The sun room, which will become a playroom for the kids and a spare bedroom for guests. This room has a very sunny aspect and is fitted with special glass to keep the room cool in high summer.

The kitchen backs onto the studio space. The studio space used to be the garage. There is the option to use this space to extend the kitchen.

A very sunny garden with many different levels and decked areas.

Views of the Peak District.

At top of the garden are the decked areas while at the bottom there is a small lawn.

This is the largest bedroom which faces the front of the property. This will be the room of the kids, which they will hopefully happily share.

This is the second bedroom which is slightly smaller. This is the room with the views though as it faces the back of the house.

There is a third bedroom which can have a single bed and will probably be used as a guest room and study.

The bathroom which doesn't have a bath. The kids will have to get used to getting their hair wet from now on. There is an option to put a bath in, since it has been like that in the past.

The floorplan.
